This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for TV SOS coaching services. We aim to be fair, transparent, and compliant with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Overview
Coaching slots are reserved exclusively for you. Because we cannot easily resell short-notice cancellations, our refund schedule reflects how much notice we receive.
2. 14-day cooling-off period
Under UK law you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund — provided your session has not yet taken place. By booking a session within this 14-day window, you expressly agree that we may begin providing the service, and you lose the right to a full refund once the session is delivered.
3. Cancellation schedule

4. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule sessions free of charge if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. You may reschedule a single booking up to two times. After that, the booking is treated as cancelled per the schedule above.
5. No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed session and have not given prior notice, the session is treated as delivered and no refund is available.
6. If we cancel
If TV SOS needs to cancel a session for any reason (illness, technical issues, etc.), we will offer:
- A reschedule at a time that suits you, or
- A full refund of the session fee.
7. Multi-session packages
For packages of multiple sessions:
- Refunds for unused sessions are available pro-rata, less any package discount applied.
- Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
- Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
8. How to request a refund
Email claire@tvsos.co.uk with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 days of approval, returned to your original payment method.
